- Divide the dough into 4 equal halves to flatten it into papdi’s. - Cut the flattened dough into equal sizes (you can use a cookie cutter or even a small bowl for this). - Pierce the papdi’s which we’ve just made with the help of a fork.
- Heat oil in a pan for frying. - Add papdi to the heated oil and let it fry on a medium-low flame until it turns golden brown.
- Assembling: - Place the papdi’s on a dish. - Top the papdi with chilled curd. - Drizzle coriander mint chutney and tamarind chutney over it. - Add roasted cumin seed powder, chaat masala & salt to it. - Garnish it with chopped onion, chopped tomato, chips and sprinkle pomegranate over it. - Crispy papdi chaat is ready to be relished.
